Nanjing Polytechnic Institute (NJPI) was founded in 1958 and it is one of the 200 professional institutes of the People’s Republic of China. The university offers academic programs for Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees in such spheres as technology, mechatronics, mechanical production and automation, ecological engineering, international business, marketing, economics and others.

Nanjing Polytechnic Institue Scholarships

In NJPI 120 scholarships seats for 2019 intake are available for learning Chinese language course. It is one of the best ways to study academic Chinese language, obtain HSK 4, and save your budget. About 10000 students study in NJPI. Around 70 of them are foreign students. 426 teachers of day department work here, including 165 professors. Almost a half of the teachers have an experience of studying abroad, which forms the international vision and concept of professional education. Infrastructure.
 The university campus occupies 300 hectares. There are educational buildings, laboratories, a library, dormitories for foreign students, football fields, basketball courts, many trees and gardens. The campus is fenced from 4 sides and has its own security points.

Residence

There is a separate dormitory of an apartment type for foreign students, where everything essential is supplied: a bed, a desk, a closet, a bath, also the common kitchen, laundry room with washing machines, a refrigerator, a microwave oven. There is also a concierge, who can be addressed in case of problems. One can reach the educational building in 5-10 minutes, which saves time. Living with course mates is fun and can be useful. One can practice pronouncing words together, communicate with other foreigners in English, cook some food together and ask for help if needed.

The office, supporting international students on campus, helps the students in all of the issues of living and studying in China (from the arrival and visa extension to the monitoring of your performance).

Nutrition

The student café, situated in the campus area, is targeted at foreign students, that is why every visitor will find the suitable dish. There are dining rooms at the university. Variable Chinese cuisine, the fast-food chain and so on are represented there.

Sport

There is a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, big and small tennis, a gym in the campus area and all that is free of charge. So, you can practice your favorite sport, create your own football team, or simply support your health and stay fit for free.

Because of the cooperation with many universities and scientific and educational institutes, the city is justly considered to be the leader in teaching qualified specialists and is called the key stage for large-scale scientific investigations.

Zijingshan Observatory, the largest scientific center of China, and the bridge over the Yangtze river, the first bridge in China, built without the help of foreign engineers, are considered to be the modern sightseeings of the city.
